UX Research
When I was working at BIBA, I had the chance to work on Coala chatbot to redesign the user experience and
interfaces to enhance the VUI and time of engagement and downloads among factories to help them for an easier
defect detection process.
First step was to go through the previous version of the app
and test the app again to hear user’s pain points
as mentioned above and trying to come up with different solutions such as replacing voice inputs over touch or
text inputs.
